We are renting an apartment
in Umag, in the area called Punta. The apartmennt is of type A4+1 and is
three stars certificate. The apartment is situated in quiet, residential
area, one hundred meter far from the sea and close to the sport center Stella
Maris (see the map or google
maps). It consists of one bedroom with double bed (14 m2), one bedroom
with two separate beds (they can be joined to a double bed (9 m2)), bathroom
with toilet, living room with kitchen (24 m2) and a terrace. The terrace is
overlooing the garden and trees. In the living room there is a couch which
can be turned into bed and used as a spare bed. The kitchen is equipped with
kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, oven ,
refrigerator, deep freezer 30 l and coffee maker.
The apartment is supposed to accomodate four to five people. It is equipped
with air conditioning, central heating and a TV with digital satelite dish.
There is a reserved parking place.
Pets are not allowed.
